Within ERN-EuroBloodNet, and in alignment with its strategic objectives, the team leads several European-level initiatives in rare haematological diseases and actively contributes to **ERDERA (European Rare Disease Research Alliance)**, the Horison Europe partnership aiming to align and strengthen rare disease research across Europe. Through ERDERA, the group contributes to the integration of clinical expertise, research infrastructures, and data-driven approaches to improve diagnosis, treatment, and outcomes for patients with rare diseases.

The **Rare Anaemia Disorders European Epidemiological Platform (RADeep)** is an initiative endorsed by ERN-EuroBloodNet under the framework of the European Blood Disorders Platform (ENROL), the ERN-EuroBloodNet umbrella platform officially endorsed by the European Hematology Association (EHA) for European patient registries in rare haematological diseases. RADeep supports the prospective and longitudinal standardised collection of data from patients affected by rare anaemia disorders (RADs) at the European level, maximising public benefit by avoiding data fragmentation and promoting interoperability standards for patient registries. Its main objective is to enable epidemiological surveillance and disease burden assessment of RADs in the European Union, while fostering data-driven research using real-world data (RWD).

In this context, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Scientific Coordinator to join our team. This position combines key account management responsibilities for the RADeep real-world data registry with the coordination of medical device development within a European Union-funded research project, requiring close interaction with clinical, technical, regulatory, and industry stakeholders.

**Education and qualifications**:
**Required**:





- University degree in area of biosciences (e.g. Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Bioengineering)
- English (B2). We are working at European level and have frequent meetings in English

**Desired**:

- MSc / PhD
- French or Italian language

**Experience and knowledge**:
**Required**:

- At least 2 years of experience in scientific project management and coordination, preferably within academia, biotech, or pharmaceutical settings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

**Desired**:

- Experience with scientific writing and project management in the field of rare diseases
- Experience coordinating projects related to medical device technologies

**Main responsibilities and duties**:

- Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key accounts, ensuring alignment with registries governance and scientific objectives.
- Coordination of strategic meetings with our main stakeholders.
- Support the positioning of the registries as a qualified source of real-world data for research, regulatory, and post-marketing purposes.
- Contribute to sustainability strategies, including collaborations with pharmaceutical companies and European initiatives
- Prepare stakeholder-facing materials (reports, dashboards, presentations)
- Write scientific proposals.
- Represent the initiatives in meetings, workshops, and strategic discussions at European level




- Coordinate the end-to-end development of a medical device within the EU project, from requirements definition to validation and deployment.
- Act as the interface between clinical experts, data scientists, software developers, regulatory specialists, and project management.

**Labour conditions**:

- Full-time: 37,5 h/week.
- Starting date: immediate.
- Gross annual salary: Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale.
- Contract**:Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities.
