Crovelis is looking for an experienced Clinical Project Manager (CPM) to join our growing international clinical operations team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of global clinical projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment where innovation, quality, and operational excellence are at the center of everything we do.

What will you do?
As CPM, you will act as the operational lead of clinical studies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality and regulatory standards.

Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the end-to-end management of clinical projects
Coordinating study timelines, deliverables, budgets, and operational activities
Acting as the key point of contact across multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
Providing oversight and support to CRAs, CTAs, vendors, and study teams
Leading project meetings, investigator meetings, and governance discussions
Ensuring proper risk management, issue escalation, and proactive problem-solving
Overseeing TMF quality and study documentation readiness
Collaborating closely with QA, Regulatory Affairs, Data Management, Biostatistics, Pharmacovigilance, and Compliance teams
Supporting audits, inspections,



and implementation of CAPAs when required
Driving study execution with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and patient safety

What are we looking for?
~4–5+ years of experience in Clinical Project Management
~ Strong experience managing global or multicountry clinical studies
~ Solid understanding of ICH-GCP, clinical operations, and regulatory requirements
~ Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors
~ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
~ Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and drive execution
~ University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field
~ Fluent English (written and spoken) is required
