At LHH, we are looking to recruit an HR Business Partner for a company located in the Ayala Valley. The selected candidate will join Human Resources, actively participating in the main processes, with a particular focus on training, development, talent management and labor relations, within a stable industrial environment that offers the opportunity to add value, drive initiatives and contribute to the evolution of the People function.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate in the overall management of the People area, supporting the organization’s needs and acting as a link between the business and Human Resources.
- Define, organize and monitor the training activities included in the Annual Training Plan.
- Manage and control the training budget, coordinate external providers and handle training subsidies through FUNDAE.
- Propose and implement initiatives related to talent development, organizational culture and employer branding.
- Lead, implement and energize the performance appraisal process,



ensuring its correct application and follow-up.
- Coordinate and support recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers and department leaders.
- Collaborate on labor relation matters, supporting the proper application of the labor framework and people management–related processes.

Required Profile

- University degree in fields related to People management, such as Labor Relations, Psychology, Law or similar.
- Specialized training in Human Resources.
- At least five years of professional experience in generalist HR roles or consultancy, preferably within an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of labor legislation.
- High level of English, both written and spoken.
