Key Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with customers in Norwegian, handling inquiries, issues, and providing information about products and services.
- Support clients in resolving concerns and complaints, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to customers.




- Participate in training and development initiatives to continuously improve service skills and product knowledge.

- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or relevant fields is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve issues effectively.
