About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona, within the Food & Beverage Department, the Bartender is responsible for delivering an exceptional beverage experience to our guests by preparing and serving high-quality cocktails and beverages with professionalism, creativity,



and attention to detail. The Bartender reports to the Bar Manager / Outlet Manager.

As Bartender, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages following Mandarin Oriental standards. • Provide warm, professional, and personalised service to all guests. • Maintain excellent product knowledge, including drinks menus, ingredients, and preparation techniques. • Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times. • Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously. • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. • Work closely with the bar and F&B; team to ensure smooth operations. • Contribute ideas for cocktail creativity and menu development when required.
