Next Maritime is looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Vessel Boarding Agent to join our Operations team in the Port of Cartagena (Spain).

? What will you do?
• Coordinate and monitor vessel port calls and operations
• Liaise with port authorities, terminals, customs, surveyors, and vessel crews
• Manage operational and shipping documentation
• Attend vessels and support onboard operational requirements
• Coordinate port services, crew changes, and logistics arrangements
• Maintain continuous communication with clients and stakeholders
? What are we looking for?
• Degree or vocational training in Logistics, International Trade, Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or similar
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Advanced English (minimum B2) and fluent Spanish
• Interest in shipping, logistics, and port operations
• Availability and flexibility according to operational needs
• Previous experience is valued but not essential
• Valid driving licence – the role involves attending vessels and being on-site across port operations
