Freelance Guest Communication & Operations Coordinator

Requirements

- Experience in short-term rentals preferred - Strong English communication - Organized and reliable - Driver’s license required

Compensation

Main Responsibilities

Short-Term Rentals – Marbella Area

- Managing guest communication

- Coordinating cleaning schedules

- Arranging maintenance

- Conducting property checks

- Team communication

Opportunities for growth within the company available. (You earn more the more we grow)

5%of total rental revenue + additional fees for extra tasks (€20–€50 per task)

We are looking for a reliable and detail oriented freelance professional to support the daily operations of our short term rental properties in Nueva Andalucía and El Paraíso.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 250.00€ - 3,000.00€ per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Nueva Andalucia, Málaga provincia
