Look After You is an agency, within the You First group, specialized in representing and developing influencers and digital creators within the entertainment and social media space.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a Talent Manager with at least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital talent management, with a strong understanding of the influencer and entertainment landscape, and proven experience growing creator profiles.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow a portfolio of content creators
- Identify and recruit new digital talent
- Define growth strategies for creators (content, positioning, collaborations)
- Negotiate deals with brands, agencies, and platforms




- Build long-term relationships with talent and partners

Requirements

- +2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a digital agency
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish creator ecosystem
- Solid understanding of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
- Experience managing brand campaigns
- Fluent in Spanish and English

Nice to have

- Experience working with entertainment creators (comedy, lifestyle, viral content…)
- Interest in and knowledge of digital trends
