Organizational Change Manager – Cybersecurity Programs

Client: International Agency

Location: Valencia (Spain) or willing to relocate to Valencia (but already lives in Spain).

Duration: Initial duration: 24 months. Extendable based on performance. (long term engagement is foreseen).

Rate: Budget: up to 450 USD/day all-inclusive

DropaCode is looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM) with a strong orientation toward IT and cybersecurity projects. The idóneo candidate will work closely with cybersecurity teams to translate cyber initiatives into business-impact outcomes, driving stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption strategies.

Key requirements

- Strong experience in Organizational Change Management (not pure IT Change Management)
- Proven knowledge of ADKAR, Prosci, and related OCM frameworks
- Ability to craft effective business-focused communications for cyber programs
- Experience supporting IT/cybersecurity transformations preferred
- Based in Spain and located in or willing to relocate to Valencia
- Availability to overlap at least half-day between EST and CET time zones
