At SOTEC Consulting – Astek Group, we are looking for a Service Delivery Lead to drive and facilitate collaboration between client stakeholders and delivery teams across multiple security products.

You will play a key role in service delivery management, incident management, DevOps maturity assessment , and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring operational excellence throughout the service lifecycle.

? Main responsibilities

- Drive and facilitate collaboration between client stakeholders and delivery teams
- Manage service delivery processes and workflows
- Handle client communications and escalations
- Monitor and report service delivery KPIs and metrics
- Support and lead day-to-day service delivery activities

DevOps & Performance

- Assess DevOps maturity and analyze DORA metrics
- Evaluate:
- Deployment Frequency
- Lead Time for Changes
- Change Failure Rate
- Time to Restore Service
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
- Promote DevOps best practices and collaboration
- Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring adoption

Reporting & Documentation

- Deliver dashboards and KPI reporting
- Produce onboarding materials and product catalog documentation
- Develop BAU (Business as Usual) documentation
- Provide training and awareness on DevOps principles and DORA metrics
- Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation strategies

✅ Requirements

Mandatory experience

- Proven experience in service delivery management
- Experience managing client communications and escalations
- Strong background in incident management processes




- Solid knowledge of DevOps methodologies
- Experience assessing and analyzing DORA metrics
- Experience building dashboards and KPI reporting
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing automation, and monitoring tools
- Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives
- Experience producing operational and BAU documentation
- English Advanced (C1/C2). You will work in an international environment, interacting daily with integral stakeholders, so a high level of English is required.

Preferred experience

- Experience in Cybersecurity / Cyber Defense environments
- Experience conducting DevOps maturity assessments
- Experience delivering training on DevOps principles and DORA metrics
