Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist Junior to support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the Quality Management System according to the certifications defined by company management.

· Support the recording and follow-up of deviations, claims, corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPAs),



including preparation of related documentation and investigations

· Environmental control monitoring support.

· Internal trainings support.

· Support the documental review of technical documentation, specifications, and Certificates of Analysis (CoAs).

· Assist during internal and external audits.

· Support customer satisfaction management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

· Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy preferred.

· Strong organizational and documentation skills.

· Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

· Good communication and teamwork abilities.

· Fluent English skills (written and spoken).

Employment Conditions

· Permanent contract.

· Full-time position.

· On-site role, Manufacturing plant location: Polígono Ind Pla Els Batzacs, Carrer Xops, 9, 08185 Lliçà de Vall, Barcelona

· Adaptable working hours.

· Possibility of occasional remote work.
