**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a **Big Data Administration Engineer **you will be responsible to control Big Data environments: installation, configuration and maintenance of Datalake, kafka cluster and data ingest software.

We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts:





- Installation and administration of Cloudera environments. In both CDH and CDP versions. High availability environments.
- Management of Kafka environments, automation of procedures and high availability of environments.
- With high potential to manage different customers with different characteristics. Ready to manage very critical environments.
- Design bigdata solutions for our customers and help the group by being a leading player in bigdata technologies.
- Public cloud bigdata environment administrator.

EXPERIENCE
- + 3 years’ experience as a Big Data Administration Engineer.
- Be used to the Agile ways of working.

EDUCATION
- Technical Degree.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Required
- Experience of Bigdata Administración. High availability and secure environments.
- Expert level technical Bigdata Environment (Spark, Kafka, Cloudera, Confluent, Abinitio, IBM CDC, )
- Good problem solving issue.
- Automation based in Ansible, Shellscript, Python and capacity to adopt and develop skills in new
- Experience working with ALM toolsets (Jira, Confluence, Nexus, Jenkins).
- Cloud technologies (experience with OpenShift, Azure, AWS)
- Linux high knowledge.
- Experience in Software Architecture.

OTHER INFORMATION
- Availability to perform guards and shifts as required.
