**About the Role**

We are looking for a **Booking & Operations Specialist** to join our ES team in Canárias.

As a **Booking & Operations Specialist**, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate professional who loves creating unique travel experiences. You will play a key role in supporting our travel partners, ensuring that every trip goes beyond being just a destination and becomes a truly memorable journey.
You will be responsible for the operational management of travel bookings, making sure that every detail is handled with accuracy and care, turning plans into unforgettable experiences.





**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the full cycle of customer bookings, including creation, modification, and cancellation;
- Provide specialized support to our travel partners;
- Ensure high-quality customer service, with attention to detail and personalization;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Degree in Tourism or similar;
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a travel agency or tour operator;
- Proficiency with airline booking systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus and/or Galileo;
- Strong customer service orientation, with friendliness and professionalism;
- **Availability for night shifts and fixed night shifts**;
- Fluency in English.
