The I/O Marbella is looking for a Front Desk & Member Experience Ambassador to join their dynamic team in Marbella. As the first point of contact for our members, you will play a vital role in shaping their experience and upholding the high standards that define The I/O Club.

We are looking for a service-driven, energetic, and professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment. A background in hospitality or premium customer service is highly valued, along with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.

Responsabilidades

- Welcome and assist members with professionalism and warmth.
- Ensure a seamless and exceptional experience at every touchpoint.
- Provide detailed information about club services and offerings.
- Manage bookings, payments, inquiries, and issue resolution.




- Anticipate and respond to member needs and requests.
- Support new member registration and onboarding.
- Manage class and personal training reservations.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Resolve any issues or questions efficiently and empathetically.
- Participate in club opening and closing procedures.

Requisitos / Qué ofrecen

- Previous experience in front desk, guest relations, or as a hostess in high-end environments.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A polished, professional appearance and attitude.
