We’re looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer (Freelance) to collaborate with our team across exciting projects.

Role Overview

As a Motion Graphic Designer at OH37, you will help shape visual experiences through animation, rhythm, and storytelling. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality motion graphics, refining animation details, and delivering export-ready assets.

Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and create captivating motion graphics that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Animate smooth, polished keyframes with strong timing, spacing, and easing.
- Build clean transitions and motion systems (text, shape, and layout animation) that feel premium and intentional.
- Create and refine particle-based animations and effects (e.g., atmospheric particles, sparkle/dust, abstract particles, reveal effects).
- Produce motion graphics edits : syncing animation to music/VO, pacing scenes, refining cuts, and improving flow.




- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, and Producers to bring ideas to life and iterate based on feedback.
- Stay up to date with motion design trends and incorporate new techniques when relevant.
- Deliver well-organized project files and export-ready outputs according to the brief.

Requirements
- Proven experience (or relevant education) in motion design / animation.
- Strong command of Adobe After Effects (keyframe animation fundamentals are essential).
- Solid skills in:
- Keyframe animation (smooth motion, easing, timing, polish)
- Transitions (scene, text, shape, layout transitions)
- Particles & motion effects (native tools and/or common plugins)
- Motion graphics editing (pacing, rhythm, basic edit structure)
- A strong portfolio showing high-quality animation work , not just static design.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with attention to detail and reliability.
- Language: Fluent English required

Nice to have (not required):

- Basic compositing / VFX thinking (glows, light wraps, blur depth, subtle texture).
- Experience with branded event content, animated signage, or screen systems.
