With over 20 years in the upper real estate market and six offices across Marbella, we are one of the most recognised luxury property companies in the region, backed by a general brand with reach across every key international buyer market.
We are looking for a senior professional with a strong background in the Marbella luxury segment, proven leadership experience, and the drive to take a high-performing team further.
Lead, develop and motivate a team of experienced sales advisors
Define and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals
Coach and support sales advisors to elevate performance and client approach
Track KPIs,



manage budgets and report results and strategies
Proven experience in the Marbella luxury real estate market
Analytical mindset, comfortable with budgets, forecasting and performance data
Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage
A position within the most established luxury real estate network in Marbella
