Are you passionate about fashion and customer service?
We are looking for a motivated French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Barcelona. You will support customers through multiple communication channels, ensuring an excellent service experience while helping customers with their orders and inquiries.
Responsibilities- Receive incoming calls and assist new and existing customers
- Manage orders, returns, exchanges, and product-related requests efficiently
- Provide professional and personalized customer support through phone, email, and other channels
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer requests
- Update and maintain customer information in CRM systems
- Contribute to customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty
RequirementsKey Competencies- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with customers
- Comfortable working with PC systems and CRM tools
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
Candidate Profile- C2 level of French
- Fluent level of English
- Confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
Desired Skills- Previous experience in customer service, fashion, retail, or contact center environments
- Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset

What We Offer- 38.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 19:00
- Temporary 2-month contract
- Salary: €18,471 gross/year
- Referral Program with bonuses up to €2,000 depending on the project/language
