We are currently looking for a student to join our fast-growing team in Spain that collaborates directly with our team in Brussels in the international and European public sector, with the following characteristics:

Main Responsibilities:

You will be part of a multicultural and interdisciplinary team working for European and international organisations. The Digital Strategy & Advisory Team for International Organisations (DS&A; IO) is contributing to transforming general institutions to design better public policies, enhance public services delivery and improve organisational performance. Our main clients include the European Commission and the United Nations.

You will be involved in exciting projects at European level, such as defining digital tools or platforms to improve the experience of citizens, engaging relevant stakeholders to maximise the impact of digital tools and services,



analysing data and contributing to improved data gathering by public institutions, or enhancing digital services and strategies. The projects you will be involved in cover different sectors, such as education, technology and culture. You are expected to be an active member of the team by sharing your ideas while further enhancing your knowledge. Our project portfolio offers many opportunities for professional growth.

As part of the BUS IO team, you may conduct the following tasks:

Collecting data through desk research,

Supporting in the preparation of workshops, surveys and interviews,

Analysing qualitative and quantitative data to provide recommendations to clients,

Supporting in the elaboration of findings and project reports,

Writing technical requirements for digital tools and solutions.

Requirements:

Full proficiency in English and another European language.

Excellent data analysis skills (qualitative and quantitative).

Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools (word, power point, excel)

An accurate comprehension and drafting skills in English.

Good communication and organizational abilities.

Teamwork, flexibility, proactivity, autonomy and quality orientation.

An interest in European Institutions and policies.
