- Collaborate with the Selectalento team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a recruitment agency or corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Registered as a freelancer in Spain. Salary on commissions based.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software, including ATS platforms.
- Flexibility to work independently.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Located in or near Calafell
