Experteer Overview
In this HR Business Partner role, you will align global and local HR strategies to support business objectives across Iberia. You will partner with leadership to develop People Action Plans, drive talent management and leadership development, and manage HR data to inform decisions. You’ll ensure HR policies are properly implemented, promote the company culture and values, and maintain a strong focus on employee experience throughout the lifecycle. This position offers the chance to influence cross-functional teams in a diverse, international setting, contributing to Schneider Electric’s sustainable transformation.

• Partner with leadership to translate business objectives into People Action Plans
• Act as strategic HR partner on people-related topics across integral and local contexts
• Propose and implement innovative HR strategies and initiatives
• Support managers in talent, performance, and leadership development
• Ensure alignment of global and local HR practices
• Analyze people metrics and HR data to support decisions
• Identify learning needs and evaluate training initiatives
• Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and processes




• Assess employee trends and feedback to improve engagement and experience
• Serve as HR contact with Works Council and ensure compliant communication
• Maintain knowledge of labor legislation and compliance to minimize risk
• Promote company culture, values, and ethics
• Ensure a strong employee experience across onboarding, development, mobility, recognition, and offboarding

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or similar roles
• Strong understanding of business challenges and organizational dynamics
• Excellent organizational, communication, change management, and conflict resolution skills
• Proven ability to lead HR projects
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with HR metrics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in matrix organizations is a plus
• Fluent English, written and spoken
