We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic international team in Barcelona. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to customers through different communication channels while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries from existing and potential clients
- Manage orders, modifications, cancellations, and returns efficiently
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience across phone and email channels
- Maintain updated customer information in internal systems and CRM tools
- Support customer retention and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction
Requirements Key Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and digital tools
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with customers
Candidate Profile
- Native or C2 level of German
- Fluent level of English
- Organized, proactive, and reliable personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong multitasking skills

What We Offer
- Full-time schedule: 38.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 19:00
- Temporary 2-month contract
- Salary: €18,735 gross/year
