Event Manager – EMEA

About the Role: As an Event Manager for EMEA, you will own the strategy, evaluation, and execution of enterprise‑focused events that accelerate pipeline, drive brand awareness, and deepen engagement with key enterprise audiences.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement field marketing and event strategies across EMEA, with a strong emphasis on key European markets
- Identify, plan, and execute high‑impact events such as industry conferences, trade shows, and executive dinners that generate pipeline and elevate brand presence in the region
- Establish scalable event playbooks and processes to support regional growth from the ground up
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to manage all aspects of event delivery, from venue sourcing and vendor coordination to on‑site logistics
- Create event‑specific marketing content and communications that reflect our brand and drive registrations
- Oversee budgets and timelines across a portfolio of events,



ensuring consistent execution within scope
- Analyze event performance and gather stakeholder input to refine and improve future programs
- Be present on the ground at events throughout EMEA to ensure seamless delivery and a best‑in‑class experience

Must‑Have Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination – ideally in B2B or tech
- Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Exceptional budgeting and financial management capabilities with experience managing substantial field marketing budgets
- Ability to leverage AI tools to automate processes, streamline workflows, and scale event operations
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Founder mindset: highly independent, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
- Willingness to travel across EMEA
