**Industrial Development Engineer (F/M/X)**:

- In line with our growth plan at our Ajalvir plant, we want to incorporate an engineer to collaborate in industrial development projects. The person who joins will assume the following responsibilities.
- Define and ensure compliance with the standards of the Industrial Capacity Development process.
- Execute the industrial plans in the Group complying with deadlines and costs.
- Support in Industrial Automation & Standardization activities
- Management of the Group's Industrial Budget: Ensure budget compliance.
- Prioritization of activities with a transversal vision,



identification of optimization opportunities between Operational Units.
- Design, deploy and improve the Lean Manufacturing model of Production Management.Facilitate internal and external benchmarking.**What profile are we looking for**:

- Education Required: Industrial Engineer (or similar)
- Experience : Demonstrable in industrial development projects in the aeronautical industry, with knowledge of automation and Lean methodologies.
- Languages: High English.
