We are seeking a Sales Manager to grow our Tissue B2B & B2C business across Spain, Portugal, France and Germany.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Development: Manage and grow a portfolio of customers across Spain and Portugal.
- Business Growth: Identify new growth opportunities.
- Customer Relationships: Build long-term partnerships while ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer demand across the regional market.
- Travel: Frequent travel across Spain, Portugal, France and Germany to support customer relationships and business development.

What You Bring
- Experience:



5+ years sales experience within the Tissue B2B & B2C market.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of Tissue B2B & B2C market in Europe.
- Commercial Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Trade Knowledge: Familiarity with international trade terms and export documentation.
- Language: Fluent English required.
- Education: Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Paper Technology, or related field preferred.
