Job Summary
EnglishWise, a well-established English language academy in the north of Spain, is seeking a qualified, responsible and enthusiastic teacher for a full-time teaching position for the upcoming academic year 2026-2027, starting at the beginning of September.
Candidates must have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team.
Furthermore, they must be able to motivate and engage learners of all ages and levels.

Details of Position
EnglishWise, which is a small, friendly academy, was founded in 1989.
We teach students of all ages (from 4 years of age upwards) and levels.
Furthermore, our academy is a preparation centre for the Cambridge Assessment English examinations.




Teachers will work as a team and receive support from the other members of staff when preparing classes and materials, although we strongly encourage all employees to contribute ideas and individual skills in order to enhance their performance in the classroom.
Qualifications
Preferably, candidates should have a degree and a TEFL certificate.
Previous teaching experience is not necessary, although it will be valued.
Salary and Benefits
Competitive salary.
Approximately two weeks paid holiday at Christmas and one week at Easter as well as all local and national bank holidays.
