? We are hiring an IT Support Specialist L2
We’re looking for a proactive IT professional with strong analytical skills and experience in modern cloud-based environments.
? Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner
• Prioritize workload based on business impact and urgency
• Perform root cause analysis and identify recurring issues
• Monitor applications and services to ensure performance and stability
• Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support L1
? Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in IT Support or IT Consulting
• Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
? Mandatory Tech Stack (Required)
• Datadog – monitoring, logs, and performance analysis
• Postman – API testing and troubleshooting
• ServiceNow – incident and ticket management
➕ Nice to have:
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins
• Experience with IT service management processes (ITIL)
? Collaborative and international environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
? Languages
- English: C1, suitable for working in an international environment.
