Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Europe Regional Scope (BESS)Location: Germany or SpainAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our growth in BESS business and across the wider European region. This role goes beyond a single-country focus—you’ll act as a strategic partner to regional leadership, helping shape and deliver people strategies aligned with business goals in the energy sector.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leaders to drive business performance through effective people strategiesSupport and manage recruitment activities in partnership with hiring managers, including workforce planning, candidate selection, and hiring processesAct as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent managementLead and support change management initiatives, especially in a dynamic energy market environmentDrive employee engagement, culture, and leadership development across multiple locationsProvide guidance on complex employee relations issues in line with local labor law and regional practicesCollaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) on learning & development,



and compensation & benefitsUse HR data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvementEnsure compliance with local regulations and alignment with regional/integral HR policiesRequirementsMinimum 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner , ideally within the energy, industrial, or related sectorsProven experience supporting regional (multi-country) business operations , not limited to a single-country scopeStrong knowledge of local labor law and HR practices; familiarity with broader European HR landscape is a plusExperience working in fast-paced, matrix organizationsStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership levelDemonstrated ability to manage change and drive transformation initiativesAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsFluent in English and one of European languages German or Spanish preferred.Preferred ProfileBackground in the energy industry (e.g., renewables, utilities, or related sectors)Experience in organizations undergoing transformation or growthStrong cultural awareness and ability to work across diverse teams and geographiesWhat We OfferA strategic HR role with regional impactOpportunity to work in a fast-evolving energy sectorCollaborative and international work environment
