**Your qualifications**:
**High Performer.**You are under the Top 10% in your Studies or other fields, and you support the idea of growing at all levels.

**Previous roles.** You worked as an Intern in the fields of Project Management, Business Management or in HR Management.

**Education.**Bachelor or Master in HR Management, Business Management, International Communications or related fields.

**Language skills.** Excellent written and spoken German and English (C2). French is a plus.

**Communication.** You communicate clearly and effectively. Listening and analyzing Communication is your strength, or you are eager to learn more about it.

**Technical knowledge.** You are interested in Tech, combined with the ability to handle Applications like Jira, Confluence or HubSpot.

**Generalist.**You are highly organized, data-driven, and reliable, with a passion for analytics, AI, and ownership of your work.

**Your tasks**:
**Support our CEO & RPO.**Assist in managing and supporting ongoing projects.

**Collect, review and Process.** Business Information, customer feedback and requests.
**Administration Support.**Join in reporting and controlling processes. Optimize our resources with us.
**Take part** in interviews, applicant communication and documentation.

**Solving problems.**Collaborate with team members to develop new processes and optimize our service.
