**About the Client**
Our client is a group of companies in the iGaming market, focused on commercial expansion and building a community platform to connect internal businesses and access new markets.
**Role Overview**
You will lead the formation and development of a professional community within the holding. Your key mission is to support group companies, facilitate business connections, strengthen cross-company relationships, and prepare brands and products for market launch.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess the potential of various business units and identify points of synergy within the holding
- Develop and implement a community and networking strategy
- Organize and manage networking events (both online and offline)
- Create opportunities for introductions and knowledge sharing within the community
- Prepare, organize and represent the group at industry exhibitions and events
- Support and promote group companies and products in the market
- Supervise project execution and ensure all necessary resources
**Requirements**:
- Significant experience in marketing and strategic project management
- Solid understanding of the iGaming, affiliate, digital and payments ecosystem
- Ability to shape project vision and identify market trends
- Strong community-building and engagement skills
- Excellent communication skills, openness and a positive attitude
- Experience managing budgets and achieving business objectives
- Fluency in Russian required
- Experience participating in or organizing international events
