Seafood Legacy Spain is building a large-scale, land-based salmon farming facility in Northwest Spain and is seeking a Completion, Commissioning & Operational Readiness Manager to represent the owner during project execution. Where there might also be a similar role in the company when the facility is done.

This is a hands-on, senior role covering Mechanical Completion (MC), Commissioning, and Operational Readiness / Takeover. You will oversee that a safe, structured, and compliant transition from construction through start-up and into stable operations is carried out.

Key responsibilities

- Drive operational readiness, handover, and acceptance
n
- Oversee that interfaces between construction, MC, commissioning, and operations is managed
n
- Oversee Mechanical Completion, systemization, punch lists, and handover
n
- Oversee commissioning, testing, energization, and performance verification
n
- Oversee that complete, audit-ready handover documentation is delivered
n





nYour backgroundn

n
- 10+ years’ experience from major construction or industrial projects
n
- Strong owner-side experience in EPC/EPCM/LSTK environments
n
- Strong experience in MC, commissioning, and operational readiness
n
- Owner-side or EPC/LSTK project experience
n
- Structured, analytical, and independent working style, with high production capacity
n
- Fluent in English and Spanish (writing and speaking)
