We are looking for an Industrial Project Manager Engineer to join our Investments Team. The position is preferably based in Madrid, with the possibility of being located in Badajoz or León.

n

Responsibilities

n

Design, plan, and actively participate in the preparation and definition of industrial projects to execute the necessary interventions.

n

Conduct market and supplier research to identify the best proposals aligned with the investment plan.

n

Take part in negotiation processes to support decision-making while ensuring budget compliance.

n

Coordinate internal and external project implementation across multiple areas to ensure successful execution.

Requisitos

n

Requirements

n

University degree in Engineering.

n

Experience in the glass industry (preferred).

n

Skills in technical drawing interpretation.

n

Availability to travel (60%).

n

Preferably experience in a multinational environment.

n





Strong teamwork skills and ability to influence operational teams.

n

High digital competency and a continuous improvement mindset.

n

Fluent in English.

n
