Drive progress through ITM maturity phases with consistent follow‐up.

Improve SQDIC KPIs and support integration of HSE and Quality systems into ITM.

n

Lead cost take‐out and productivity improvement kaizens.

n

Support structured problem‐solving using RCCM, A3s, and other lean techniques.

n

Deliver training, coaching, and knowledge transfer on ITM tools and ways of working.

n

Promote a coaching culture that reinforces engagement, accountability, and ownership.Your background 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence roles.

n

Strong English communication skills (minimum B2).

n

Lean Expert, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile, or Scrum certification.

n

Proven ability to communicate, coach, and train at different organizational levels.

n

Demonstrated experience leading kaizens and lean transformations.

n
