and strategic deployment.You will also promote a strong continuous improvement culture focused on waste elimination and the consistent application of ITM tools, methods, and processes such as 5S, Daily Management, Standard Work, Practical Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and Total Productive Maintenance.**How you’ll make an impact Deploy ITM tools, processes, and methods across the factory.

Drive progress through ITM maturity phases with consistent follow‐up.

Improve SQDIC KPIs and support integration of HSE and Quality systems into ITM.

n

Lead cost take‐out and productivity improvement kaizens.

n

Support structured problem‐solving using RCCM, A3s, and other lean techniques.
