About The Role

Revolut’s Talent Programmes team runs our internship and graduate programmes, helping the brightest early‑career talent launch their careers.

We’re looking for an innovative Employer Brand Manager to build the internal community of our interns and graduates. You’ll develop engagement strategies and experiences through structured activities and onboarding sessions that strengthen connection, belonging, and advocacy.

You’ll also support our external employer brand efforts, helping to build Talent Programmes awareness through university partnerships, campus ambassadors, and early talent initiatives.
