About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Front Office Agent ( afternoon/night shift ) position to join Jumeirah Mallorca .

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

- Deliver a seamless and personalized guest experience during night hours, managing late check-ins, early check-outs, and ensuring all requests are handled in line with LQA,



Forbes, and FHR standards.
- Respond promptly to guest needs, handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels overnight.
- Perform night audit tasks, manage reservations and billing, and ensure accuracy in financial processes.
- Coordinate with other departments to support smooth overnight operations and next-day readiness.
- Provide discreet and attentive service to VIP guests, ensuring a calm and high-quality experience throughout the shift.

About you:

The idóneo candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

- 1–2 years of experience in Front Office within a luxury hotel environment.
- Previous experience with Opera is desirable.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
- Fluent in English is required; additional languages will be considered a plus.
