Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales, Partnerships & Experience Lead to drive group sales, develop partnerships and support the visitor experience at Museum of Senses Madrid.
As Madrid is a newly opened location, we are looking for a proactive team member who will play a key role in positioning the Museum of Senses on the local market, building strong relationships with partners and establishing the museum as a must-visit attraction for schools, companies, tourists and local visitors.
This role focuses on generating revenue through group bookings, corporate partnerships, educational visits and tourism collaborations, while also ensuring that group visits and partner collaborations contribute to an exceptional visitor experience.
The position requires a proactive commercial profile capable of managing the full sales cycle, building strong partnerships and working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth group visits and memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
Own and drive group sales performance across key segments including:
- Schools and educational institutions
- Corporate events and team-building activities
- Tourism partners and travel agencies
- Private events and group visits
Responsibilities include:
- Converting inbound inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maximizing ticket volume and group bookings
- Preparing customized proposals for different group segments
- Identifying upselling opportunities such as add-ons and special experiences
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets
2. Partnerships Development
Develop and manage partnerships with:
- Schools and educational organizations
- Companies and marketing agencies
- Travel agencies and tourism operators
- Hotels and tourism partners
- Event agencies and local organizations
- Build long-term collaborations that increase visitor traffic and brand visibility.
3. Active Sales & Lead Generation
Proactively generate new sales opportunities through:
- Direct outreach (calls, emails, meetings)
- Networking with local organizations and institutions
- Identifying new group segments and partnership opportunities
- Reactivating past clients and partners
- Maintain a strong and organized sales pipeline.
4. Visitor Experience & Group Coordination
Work closely with museum teams to ensure excellent visitor experience for groups and partners.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating group bookings with operations to optimize capacity
- Ensuring smooth organization of school visits and corporate events
- Gathering feedback from group visitors and partners
- Identifying opportunities to improve group visit experiences
- Supporting the development of new visitor experiences and group packages
5. Revenue Optimization
Contribute to improving commercial performance by:
- Increasing average revenue per group
- Promoting add-ons and special experiences
- Proposing pricing improvements and group packages
- Identifying opportunities during low-demand periods
6. Pipeline Management & Reporting
Manage the full sales funnel from lead to confirmed booking.
Take full ownership of proactive sales activity, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-up to drive new business.
Track key performance indicators including:
- Conversion rate
- Revenue per group
- Booking volume
- Pipeline value
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, trends and recommendations.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with:
- Marketing (campaigns and lead generation)
- Operations (capacity planning and scheduling)
- Management team (commercial reporting and strategy)
- Sales team on location and across other Museum of Senses locations to share insights, best practices and support overall brand growth and results
Profile Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, partnerships or commercial roles
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
- Experience in retail, tourism, attractions, entertainment, hospitality, events or cultural venues is highly desirable
Skills
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Results-driven and performance-oriented
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to represent the Museum of Senses at events, networking opportunities and industry gatherings, acting as a brand ambassador for the museum
- Strong organizational and follow-up discipline
- Innovative mindset with the ability to develop unique and engaging experiences for partners
- Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously

Tools
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Familiarity with digital tools
Languages
- Spanish – fluent / native
- English – fluent (mandatory)
