Proactively identify, research, and prospect high-potential customers through a mix of warm and cold outreach (there are sales development representatives to do prospecting as well) Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure Present tailored advertising strategies aligned with customer marketing objectives Build, maintain,



and expand a portfolio of customers to ensure long-term revenue growth Understand customer goals and challenges, using data to create compelling value-driven solutions Conduct regular meetings to review campaign performance and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Act as a product expert, advising on advertising solutions and best practices Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline in CRM systems such as Salesforce Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality and sales performance. Candidate profile Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish level of C2 and English at C1 (written and spoken) Experience in digital advertising sales or account management is highly desirable Proven ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals independently Experience with outbound sales and managing a client portfolio Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales pipeline management Understanding of digital advertisin
