Here at we are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team in an international insurance project.

Barcelona or Madrid, hybrid (1day in the office).

Define and drive the analysis approach aligned with project goals.
Collaborate with business areas such as Risk Engineering and Underwriting, ensuring a customer-centric vision.
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements across end-to-end processes.
Manage stakeholders effectively, communicating with both technical teams and senior business leaders.
Identify risks and dependencies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Support testing, implementation, and post-go-live activities.

3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
~ Proven experience in the Insurance sector (Commercial Insurance preferred).




~ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in global environments.
~ APIs, data models).
~ Experience working in Agile environments.
~ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
~ Advanced English (spoken and written).
