As an Engagement Manager at Loftus Bradford, you will work with our Client Services and Search team to delight our customers by delivering exceptional talent, service, and experience. In this dynamic role, you will lead impactful client engagements, execute high‑value executive search assignments, build your network within a dedicated function, and manage a team of consultants on search mandates. You will also make a significant impact on the company’s growth, revenue, and scaling journey.
