We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world's leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Greece included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Greek employer.

**What you will be doing**:

- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to account management, billing, content, technical problems, and service navigation.
- Resolve billing disputes and ensure customers understand their payment options.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in **Spanish language** (must be C1+)
- Communicative level of English language (B2+)
- You live in Athens, Greece or you are **ready to relocate to Greece**:





- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

**What we offer**:

- **Base salary: 1045€ gross per month**:

- **14 salaries per year (as per Greek law)**:

- **Monthly Bonus of up to 10% of the base salary Euros gross per month**:

- Full time (40h/week), fixed-term Greek employment contract in accordance with Greek labor law
- Holidays (weekends) are paid higher (according to the Greek law)
