Key Responsibilities: A Dual Strategic Rolen1. LATAM Distribution Management (60%)nNetwork Animation:

Drive, challenge, and support existing distributors across Latin America.nBusiness Reviews:

Conduct regular performance audits, set annual sales targets, and ensure partner alignment with the brand’s general strategy.nExpansion:
n
Identify, vet, and onboard new distribution partners to strengthen market coverage in untapped territories.nSales Support:
n
Act as the technical and commercial expert during key international trade shows and major negotiations.n2.
Local Business Development – Madrid & Region (40%)n"From Scratch" Growth:

Build a solid customer base in the Madrid area by targeting rehabilitation centers, private physiotherapy clinics, and professional sports clubs .nDirect Sales:

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and on-site demonstrations to closing deals with healthcare professionals and performance directors.nLocal Ecosystem:

Establish the brand as a leader in the Madrid sports and health community, turning local clients into regional success stories.

Candidate ProfilenExperience
n
5 to 15 years in export sales or business development, with a proven track record in managing international distribution networks .nIndustry Knowledge:

Previous experience in the MedTech, healthcare, or sports equipment sector is highly preferred.nSkills:

* Expertise in negotiating distribution agreements and managing indirect sales channels.nStrong "hunter" mentality for the Madrid direct market.nComfortable demonstrating high-tech hardware and software to medical professionals.
