We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to support our growing financial operations and reporting needs. This role is responsible for collecting, validating, and analyzing financial data; preparing periodic reporting; and identifying opportunities to enhance financial processes. Key Responsibilities

n

Data Collection & Processing

n

- Collect, enter, and validate financial data from multiple sources, including accounting systems, spreadsheets, and internal databases.
- Conduct routine audits and validation checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Prepare, review, and reconcile end-of-month financial statements.
- Verify customer and vendor billing to ensure correctness and alignment with internal records.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

n

- Generate recurring and ad hoc financial reports, including profit and loss statements and customized dashboards.
- Perform variance and trend analyses to identify anomalies, financial risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to support strategic business decisions.

Process Improvement

n
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation solutions within the finance function.
- Apply financial operations best practices to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across reporting workflows.

Collaboration & Communication

n





- Present financial findings and insights clearly and effectively to management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure financial strategies and reporting support organizational objectives through strong collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

n
- 4–5 years of relevant accounting or financial analysis experience.
- Proficiency with accounting systems (QuickBooks Desktop).
- Advanced Excel skills and strong technical aptitude.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Analytical mindset with enthusiasm for working with financial data.
- Strong communicator who can effectively translate financial insights.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Deadline-driven with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
