What will you be doing?

n

In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring accuracy and supporting the financial cycle of the business.

n

Your main responsibilities will include:

n

- Processing and recording accounts receivable transactions
- Managing cash receipts, checks, and ACH payments
- Tracking cash on hand and undeposited funds
- Supporting customer account reconciliations alongside the sales team
- Assisting with month-end close activities and reporting
- Supporting accountants with reconciliations, tax reporting (1099s), and financial data
- Preparing and supporting sales and financial metrics
- Collaborating with internal teams and communicating with US stakeholders

What are we looking for?

n

- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounting
- Experience working in high-volume environments (manufacturing is a plus)
- Experience handling cash, checks, or similar transactions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities




- Good organizational and analytical skills

Technical Requirements

n
- Experience with Excel / Microsoft Office
- ERP experience (Dynamics 365 is a plus)
- Familiarity with Google tools is a plus

Language

n
- Advanced English is required (you will be working directly with US teams)

Work Model

- Hybrid role based in Guadalajara (MezTal offices – Midtown)
- Monday to Friday schedule aligned with US operations
