What you will do
- Work collaboratively with the integral and local business stakeholders to enhance the CRM through process/problem analysis, requirements elicitation, functional specification documentation and change management.
- Support the technical team on solution design and validation, including test case reviews.
- Deliver platform integration demand from both Commercial Insurance and Corporate Life & Pensions stakeholders.
- Leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to implement best‑in‑class CRM features.
- Drive usage and coverage of core entities to generate sales insight.

- Experience in Agile projects.
- Experience in Commercial Insurance, particularly Customer & Distribution and/or Underwriting.
- Experience in integration projects, techniques and technology.
- Experience in CRM tools and processes, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Ability to work in distributed, international teams.
- Fluent English written and spoken skills.
- Spanish or German language skills a benefit.
- Experience in Office 365/ Power Platform integrations a benefit.
