Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Cloud Operations Engineer (CPO) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the cloud platform, ensuring system reliability, performance, and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain the cloud platform on a daily basis
- Monitor system performance and ensure platform availability
- Handle incidents and perform troubleshooting to restore services quickly
- Support backup and restore processes to ensure data integrity
- Perform operational maintenance and system health checks
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues and improve operations




- Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring and operational processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in cloud operations and observability
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar
- Experience with backup and restore processes
- Strong Linux and systems administration background
- Solid troubleshooting and incident response skills
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in 24x7 production environments
- Familiarity with automation and scripting (Python, Bash, or similar)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
