Job Description
- Lead integrated project and portfolio management across multiple global Phase 2-3 neuroscience programs.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Biostatistics, CMC, etc.) to ensure aligned planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee program timelines, budgets, governance reporting, and scenario‑based planning in close partnership with the Chief Medical Officer.
- Manage CROs and external vendors to ensure performance, quality, and delivery of key milestones.
- Drive operational excellence within a matrix environment, influencing without direct authority while contributing strategically to development pathways.
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of project management experience in pharma/biotech, ideally within small or mid‑sized organizations.
- Proven leadership in global Phase 2-3 clinical development; neuroscience experience preferred.
- Strong capabilities in risk management, governance preparation, and vendor oversight.
- Skilled at leading cross‑functional teams in complex matrix environments; excellent English communication skills.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in life sciences; PMP certification beneficial.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and motivated by high‑impact, high‑ownership roles.
