This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the banking industry and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. You will assist customers in navigating their banking inquiries and provide support in Swedish.
Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries related to online banking services, accounts, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in Swedish
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding account details, banking products, and online services
- Assist customers with technical issues related to online banking platforms and mobile applications
- Troubleshoot problems and address customer complaints promptly to ensure a positive customer experience
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction




- Stay informed about banking regulations and product updates to provide relevant assistance to customers

Requirements

- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with online banking systems and customer service software is desirable
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work adaptable hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
