What You'll Do

- Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through close, with a focus on high-impact roles
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics
- Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in SaaS, CRM, AI, and/or social/content-driven industries
- Craft compelling outreach and candidate experiences that reflect our brand, culture, and mission
- Maintain a strong pipeline of both active and passive candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and market research
- Use data and insights to improve time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring efficiency
- Act as a talent advisor, bringing industry trends, competitive intel, and creative ideas to the table

What We're Looking For

- 5 +years of full-cycle recruiting experience,



preferably in high-growth tech or startup environments
- Proven success hiring for roles in SaaS, CRM, social media, AI, or creator-focused industries
- Strong sourcing skills and experience filling both technical and non-technical roles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you know how to collaborate and influence
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment with evolving priorities
- Passion for people, culture, and finding the right fit beyond just the resume

Bonus Points For

- Experience recruiting internationally or across multiple time zones
- Familiarity with recruiting tools like Greenhouse, Gem, or LinkedIn Recruiter
- Interest in content creation, social media and AI is a plus!
