quality, and stakeholder alignment.Acting as the single point of contact for customers, internal teams, and program leadership.Translating business objectives into structured delivery plans using CoreX and ServiceNow methodologies.Managing expectations, communicating progress, and driving clear decision-making.Leading daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, project governance, and overall program cadence.Anticipating risks and proactively establishing mitigation strategies.Ensuring project documentation, records, and knowledge transfer are complete and accurate.Collaborating with Sales to shape Statements of Work (SOWs).Spotting up-sell or cross-sell opportunities and channelling them appropriately.Maintaining project data and reporting in our professional services tools.What You BringDegree in a related field and 2+ year of experience in IT Service Management consulting.1+ year working with Servi
