At Winning Consulting we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in an exciting project for one of our key clients in the banking sector, based in our Madrid office. (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

- Coordinate a roadmap of digital servicing tools, managing budgets, resources, and timelines.
- Assess and validate business opportunities through structured business cases.
- Identify synergies or overlaps across regional and general projects to ensure portfolio consistency.
- Define and track delivery milestones, manage dependencies, and lead governance routines.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with technical and operational stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, escalate risks, and report updates to internal audiences.
- Oversee closure activities including stakeholder validation, transition to operations, and benefit tracking.

Requirements

- + 5 years’ experience in project delivery or PMO roles in financial services.
- Previous experience working across business and technical teams.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with Agile environments is an asset.
